This module allows you to manage major changes or modifications, involving risk analysis, committee and executive approvals, and planning and implementation of Process Maps and Risk Inventories.

How does it work?

Process Flow

ZYGHT allows entering a Change Order which is assigned to a committee for risk assessment and generation of an action plan, which is validated and approved by the executive level for its subsequent incorporation into the process and its risk matrices.

The action plan activities are then planned and compliance is monitored.
