LEAN Tools
It is a management methodology focused on the reduction of “technical waste” within a production or slaughter chain, and that helps workers to adjust to the standards.
Lean tools include continuous analysis, production and process processes. In ZYGHT it is possible to configure the desired LEAN tools:

How does it work?
- It is reported and a Finding is generated, to which a responsible is assigned.
- The questionnaire is completed and an evaluation grade is given. “Fit to Standard”.
- This finding is assigned a person in charge.
- Data is monitored and statistics in BI Reports.
- Commitments are made and solutions are planned
- Plan the tools to be used.
