Manages the storage and access of multi-format corporate documents, ensuring availability within the organization.
Documentary Library
The system allows you to upload documents and share them with the entire organization for viewing and use as Policies, Standards, Work Procedures, Reports, etc.
This module complies with the ISO 45001 standard that must ensure that information is available and seamless for use where and when it is needed and that it is adequately protected.
Integrations
ZYGHT has the ability to integrate with other Document Management Software such as Documentum and Sharepoint.
Specifications
ZYGHT accepts documents in the following formats:
- Documents such as: PDF, Word, Excel
- Images: GIF, JPG, JPEG y PNG
- Maximum size: 5 MB
- Maximum 5 files per upload
Tags and Labels
You can associate the documents to labels for an easier search within the System.
In addition, ZYGHT allows you to restrict access to the Document Library, so that it can only be viewed by those users specified by the Administrator.
