When Constructora LD first approached Zyght, there was some resistance from some employees to digitize their administrative processes. The majority of their workers were somewhat hesitant (perhaps out of habit of working in offices filled with documents, sorting, and filing) as they were presented with a completely new tool.
As an initial stage, a pilot test with Zyght was coordinated, where all personnel received training and were explained the importance of having digital tools to facilitate their tasks.
